T-shirt promotion rules
- Original bar code labels only; no photocopies accepted. Lot number, expiration date, and REF must be visible. Do not remove bar code labels from kits while in use.
- T-shirt offer form and bar codes must be postmarked by April 15, 2007.
- Complete contact information with name, address, phone, and e-mail address required for delivery. No P.O. boxes accepted.
- T-shirts are available only while supplies last (L or XL only).
- Remel Inc. employees, agents, or distributors are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- Available to U.S. customers only, subject to all applicable state laws and void where prohibited.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
